Description of suggested change:
Most of the entries tagged as "workgroups" used to be subgroups under the broader WikiProject India, but became their own separate WikiProjects years ago. However, it appears that this template has not been updated to showcase that. Implement the following changes would make this template up-to-date and would make it more consistent overall.
