Now that the default category sortkey has been changed to no longer include the namespace prefix (T18552).

The listas code in this banner can be tidied up a little by adding.

{{#if:{{{listas|}}}|{{DEFAULTSORT:{{{listas}}}}}}}

And then the following can be removed from each category throughout the template.

Not done: please establish a consensus for this alteration before using the {{edit template-protected}} template.

In my humble opinion, the discussions I found here and here don't show any sort of consensus view.

Because the change would be significant (in volume terms), I'm not comfortable making the change. If however, there can be established a clear vote in favour of the change, I'll be happy to do the job.
