Support for fields of study

Thanks to User:Mendaliv for editing this template to allow fields of study to display. From his description at Template talk:User degree/BA: "You can now specify the field in which you hold the degree with the parameter "field". So with the text "Linguistics" in the field parameter, you get 'This user has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics'."
