[edit]Please @Abo Yemen:, stop changing the text, since you already changed other templates, unaware of the native use for ى and your need to add a diacritic to elaborate the pronunciation which is unneeded for native speakers. Whether it's a language or dialect is irrelevant.

- I've explained my reasoning for doing this in Talk:Egyptian Arabic#مصري or مصرى ?. And I am native, and you're making stuff up. Plus, whether it's a language or dialect is very much relevant 𐩣𐩫𐩧𐩨 Abo Yemen (𓃵) 09:55, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
