This template's name strongly suggests its primary purpose is to appear on a user page and identify a user's belief about something which conflicts with WP:UP#POLEMIC which unambiguously advises against: "Advertising or promotion of an individual, business, organization, group, or viewpoint unrelated to Wikipedia." This template would also seem to conflict with WP:ENC which states: "Wikipedia is not for unverifiable material; Wikipedia is not a soapbox; Wikipedia is not a place to publish your opinions."
