Dark mode support

[edit]

Is it possible to use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:If_dark to swap between using ♠ vs. ♤ ? 2600:8800:97:E200:FC5D:A2F3:619D:8402 (talk) 07:39, 15 August 2025 (UTC)Reply

I have two suggested changes: 1. Use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:If_dark to swap between using ♠ to ♤ in dark-mode. 2. Use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Text-outline (last example) to add a white outline around the black text so that it appears in dark-mode. 2600:8800:97:E200:FC5D:A2F3:619D:8402 (talk) 20:32, 15 August 2025 (UTC)Reply

Done It looks like Belbury recently fixed this template for dark mode by bringing its styling in line with other similar templates. It doesn't work quite the way you suggested, but it's certainly an improvement. If you would like to suggest a different approach to handling dark mode, you might wish to open a request at Template talk:Cards, where the style is from.
