The words “Short URL” should not be in bold, to match {{Sh}}.

Done, I think. When you make a template edit request, please provide the exact code change that you want to see, per the instructions in the edit request template. We can't read minds. The best way to provide this code is to sync the sandbox with the live template and then modify the sandbox.
