How does this differ from {{Proposed}}? Is is that this is supposed to be used on a page which is already a guideline, but is proposed to be made a policy? In that case, it's likely to suffer the same fate as {{demote}}, which was felt at WP:TfD to be superfluous.--Kotniski (talk) 10:19, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
