Formatting

[edit]

This template is currently messing up the formatting on articles, for example Kidnapping of Noa Argamani, where it shows the template headings in the article's table of contents. // comment by HopeMage x 05:23, 25 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

+1, this is making pages unnavigable and on the standard layout the text is flowing into the sidebar. I do not have sufficient knowledge in templates to fix this. @FourPi: please try to do so. DatGuyTalkContribs 14:32, 25 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
The problem is caused by FourPi's last edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:7_October_attacks&diff=prev&oldid=1241870755. I tried rolling it back but was reverted by Rusty Cat. // comment by HopeMage x 16:34, 25 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

@DatGuy and HopeMage: Sorry, I didn't see this until now. I think I have fixed it now? FourPi (talk) 15:52, 27 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, it looks good now. // comment by HopeMage x 17:59, 27 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

The result of the move request was: moved to Template:October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel. Two replies favored this title, modified to be consistent with the example provided by nom. (closed by non-admin page mover) ASUKITE 17:03, 13 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Template:7 October attacksTemplate:October 7 attack on Israel – An RM consensus was declared about two months ago to rename the 7 October Hamas-led attack on Israel article to October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel. I suggest that this template should be renamed similarly. The template's headline already says "October 7 attack on Israel". The main thing that attracted my attention was the date format, but I also notice "attacks" (plural) versus "attack" (singular). — BarrelProof (talk) 23:50, 5 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Then shouldn't it be "Template: October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel" ? VR (Please ping on reply) 16:41, 12 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
I would also just put it at Template:October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel for consistency purposes, clunky though it may be. Extraordinary Writ (talk) 11:40, 13 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

"Allegations and propaganda"

[edit]

Memorials to the massacres, such as Kan 7.10.360 and the Nova Festival Victims Memorial, are neither allegations nor propaganda. Qualiesin (talk) 02:07, 30 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Qualiesin I cleaned it up a bit. Still needs a little reworking, but its a great leap forward as it were. Metallurgist (talk) 05:06, 17 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
