Template not rendering id=6954

I'm not sure if it is a temporary problem, but the template is resolving {{OWGR|=6954}} to http://www.owgr.com/players/bio.sps?ID={{{id}}} (on page Nick Dougherty). Not sure why it isn't substituting properly for that one? GFHandel ♬  23:52, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
