I switched the flag image from Image:Flag_of_Ontario.png to Image:Flag_of_Ontario.svg as per the notice on the Image:Flag_of_Ontario.png. This file or image is redundant to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Flag_of_Ontario.svg" title="Image:Flag of Ontario.svg">Image:Flag of Ontario.svg. There should be only one copy of an image.
Admins: do not delete this page until all uses have been replaced! Check usage of this file on some Wikimedia projects. Note that check-usage does not currently check all Wikimedia projects.
I still see that when I check links, using Wikipedia Check-Usage it still lists all the pages that use templates that formerly used containing Image:Flag_of_Ontario.png like this template. Cafe Nervosa | talk 19:38, 9 December 2005 (UTC)
