Procedure for the proper use / deletion of this template

What is the proper procedure for dealing with this template on article talk pages AFTER the fair use requirement have been meet making the template's use on the talk page obsolete. Dbiel ^(Talk) 07:51, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Minor updates

Considering that most of the L5 people from the founding era are deeply aware of nanotechnology and all that implies, I corrected the last few lines and filled them out a bit.

Incidentally, there isn't anyone who would object to the L5 or masthead being used even if it was not fair use. The article is about the society, I don't see how an article without them would make sense.
