Template talk:Major subfields of optimization

Dear All,

This navbox arose from a heated debate at Template_talk:Optimization_algorithms which seems to be grounded in the attempt to squeeze too many disparate items into a single navbox. This navbox is a conversion of Optimization_(mathematics)#Major_subfields and you are very welcome to add/remove items, change the ordering, overall structure, etc. The list I posted is just a starting point so we can get the overall navbox hierarchy in place.
