Gare d'...

Could someone please modify this template so that when it detects the first letter of the station name as a vowel it will substitute "de " (with the space) with "d'" (without the space) as in proper French grammar?

Example: Orléans should properly link to Gare d'Orléans. This should be the case for every other station in French-speaking countries.
