Non-breaking spaces

Shouldn't this template be returning something like "8:30 am" with a non-breaking space in there, as per this MOS section? -- Doktor Züm (talk) 16:13, 24 February 2023 (UTC)

24-hour time and leading zeroes

This template allows 24-hour times with truncated leading zeroes (ie, hour_format=G). But this section of MOS, under the 24-hour clock times subsection, specifically says otherwise: "Hours under 10 should have a leading zero (08:15)." Confusing! -- Doktor Züm (talk) 16:29, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
