@Oxygen-dioxide the esoteric programming language article defines the term as a programming language designed to test the boundaries of computer programming language design. Redstone is more analog circuit than programming language, since there's very little the player can actually program. Plus, there's currently no stand-alone article for Redstone, and it is only mentioned in one or two paragraphs in the Minecraft article. So all in all, I'd say no.
