Candidate column?

Description of suggested change: This changes the width of the plus-minus (vote percentage difference) column from a defined 40px to 4em, which allows for arrow graphics templates (i.e. {{decrease}} and {{increase}}) to work properly, if editors prefer them over + and - symbol characters.

Background of title
