In my case it is useful to work without legend, because no distinction has to be made. Is it possible? Can you write the source code for it? - If you mean simply hiding the main labels on each column or row, you could make each a "non-breaking space," .
- Any more extenisive modification, though, is not somethig I'll be able to do. Hope this helps.

Remove "total" from legend
