Support for external links, support for no link

Hello. Couple of ideas: Would be nice to be able to add external links, and/or no link (blank, and just displaying "Courtesy link", and you can write something next to it). –Novem Linguae (talk) 17:51, 11 March 2022 (UTC)

@Novem Linguae: I actually made a different template for external links that I linked in the §See also section of the documentation: {{courtesy external}}. Example:
External link: Google

I am only in the know for very rudimentary template coding, so if you know how to extend a parameter to all of the markup for the link, I'm all ears. —Tenryuu 🐲 ( 💬 • 📝 ) 18:30, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
