Old flag needs to be added to variants since new flag went into effect today
{{flag alias-1983 = Flag of Minnesota (1983–2024).svg}} needs to be added to the list of historical variants. I was setting up all minnesota elections in that time period to have the right flag_year value in the infobox, but I wasn't aware that the change needed to be implemented here till now.
