Problem: no longer works

[edit]

Copac has been replaced by Library Hub Discover, and links from the Copac template no longer work. The first one I looked at, in Steve Furber, was Copac 36604476. The item referred to is here and seems not to have any sign of that COPAC id number. There are 52 uses of this template, all presumably now broken links. PamD 00:32, 15 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thanks @PamD:, I think the best thing to do here is remove them, the new links don't look very stable to me which is a shame because the numeric IDs were much simpler. In four or five years time I doubt if urls like https://discover.libraryhub.jisc.ac.uk/search?q=segars%20simon%20low%20power&rn=1 will still work as Jisc continually "improve" and "update" their systems. Do you know anybody at Jisc would we could ask? Duncan.Hull (talk) 07:26, 15 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
