Case sensitive or subst?

I see that this template has the BRFA result substituted. If you look at the history, you see I experimented with it, and made it case sensitive. However, the subst: makes the non-case sensitivity fail. So in order to get non-case sensitivity, the template can't be substituted. The reason for non case sensitivity is because occasionally, a BAg member make a mistake, and forgets to capitalize the result. This makes the result not show up. Should we have it subst: or transcluded and uppercase the first parameter? Soxred93 | talk bot 00:57, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
