Colors for template

[edit]

This may be just a minor alteration but it will give it a nice visual effect, so what do you think would compliment Alchemist's style of colors? I think dark orange and black is the way to go since it is the basis for their site and their album cover. Anyone? -CircafuciX 03:41, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re colours

[edit]

I tested this and it looks out of place with the rest of the style of wikipedia. But try it out, I want to see exactly what you mean AusBruce 07:15, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I am unsure how I am supposed to show the template. How should it be shown here? just go ahead and add the template here? or edit it out there? out there sounds right to me. I'm just making sure. -CircafuciX 18:36, 28 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I'm not too concerned but you may find it easier to modify it here and then paste it once you've got it how you like:

All I was suggesting was changing it's color to match Alchemist at the moment. So here it is:

It doesn't the suit style of wikipedia and the the black is hiding the "d" and the colours don't look good with the blue and purple links. Is that really the point of wikipedia anyway, to mimic the art of the band. --AusBruce 04:12, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

First of all, I wish you wouldn't take it this hard as I equally am, second I had a feeling the response would be similar. I know the "d" is hidden by the black (I don't know how do make it visible) but I can always envision it this way I guess. Also question: what would fit the style of wikipedia then? Anyway no harm intended, I tried, now lets just move on. CircafuciX 04:43, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sorry I don't understand what you mean by "First of all, I wish you wouldn't take it this hard as I equally am"? Plainly said I don't think your colour scheme works. And what fits the colour scheme of wikipedia is this that of the template now. Yeah they are kinda dull but they work. 08:15, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
