This is a welcome template intended for users who have created a draft article (and/or submitted one to Articles for creation) in good faith. The message links to resources that newer users who already have some experience in editing drafts would find helpful.
Usage
[edit]Add {{subst:Welcome draft}} ~~~~ to the target user's talk page.
Parameters:
