Usage

If the editor is welcomed after an edit on a particular page:
{{subst:Welcome-anon-menu|pagename}}
Templates will auto-sign the message with default four tilde signature ~~~~. You can customize it using |sig=:
{{subst:Welcome-anon-menu|pagename|sig=custom signature}}
