Usage
[edit]Takes a hex code ({{{1}}}) and tints it using a second hex code ({{{2}}}), and (optionally) a third hex code ({{{3}}}) by averaging each channel together. Like this:

You can also stack it on itself, in which case the innner {{tint}} will be a half (or a third) of the final one.
