{{TIBETANDATE}} gives the date in the Tibetan Phukpa calendar. The individual units and component values are returned by {{TIBETANDATE/day}}, {{TIBETANDATE/month}}, {{TIBETANDATE/year}} and {{TIBETANDATE/sexagenary-year}}. The year, month and day can be given as parameters, but if not, they will default to the current date in UTC. The month and year names follow the Wylie transliteration system, and as such are not captalised. The algorithms to derive the date are taken from Calendrical Calculations by Nachum Dershowitz and Edward Reingold.
