This template can be used to quickly highlight a row or cell in a wikitable. When a table is stored as a template, this template can be used in conjunction with {{Yesno}} to enable the relevant parts of the table to be highlighted when the table template is transcluded to multiple articles.
For instance, if a table stored at Template:Cats or dogs had a cell with the content {{yesno|{{{cats|no}}}|yes={{TH}} }}|no=Cats are great, then that cell would be highlighted when the template is transcluded using {{Cats or dogs|cats=y}}.
