To display short URLs made by the WMF's 'URLShortener' tool, styled like {{Shortcut}}.

Usage

{{Short URL box|4Q7}} renders as seen above.

There is an optional text parameter to change the "Short URL" text. {{Short URL box|4Q7|text=Shortcut}} renders the following:
