Template:Request redirect/doc

This template creates properly formatted submission for WP:AFC/R. The main template checks the inputs and provides error messages as appropriate. The actual formatting is done by the sub-template Template:Request redirect/post. If |close=yes is set, the template will automatically decline submissions that generate an error message.
This template is designed to be used in conjunction with Template:AfC preload/redirect.
