Use to raise some text or other element a specified number of units – the proportional "em" units are recommended – otherwise by a default 0.6em:

{{raise|Nem|text|element}} to raise by N em units  (e.g. {{raise|0.4em|This is the text to raise.}})

{{raise|text|element}} to raise by the default 0.6em.
