Helper template for Template:Preferences. Produces a localized link to sections of Special:Preferences.
Parameters
[edit]|1=- Name of a tab on Special:Preferences.
|2=- Name of a section in the individual tab. Each section is contained in HTML tag
<fieldset>, i.e. each section is a set of [form] fields.
Both parameters need to be supplied in English locale.
Development notes
[edit]- Automatic switching of tabs is facilitated by code in the script resources/src/mediawiki.special.preferences.ooui/nav.js.
- Wikitext of this template was generated using a userscript. The script can be helpful in case of significant changes to the layout of preferences.
