This template is a toolbox that has many of a page's links. General is to show the general information about the page. History is to check the history of the page. Actions are to modify the page.
For example, the Main Page's links in the toolbox would look like this:

Usage
[edit]Add {{Page toolbox|PAGENAME}} to a page display a page's links in the toolbox. For example, {{Page toolbox|Main Page}} would display the Main Page's links.
To display the page's links in the page this template is on, add {{Page toolbox|{{FULLPAGENAME}}}}.
