Usage
[edit]This template is currently used as a test for the Account Creation Improvement Project to welcome and orient newly registered editors. It may be placed at the top of an editor's user page.

This template is used by new Wikipedia users to create their userpage. Having a userpage helps other Wikipedia users to know that you are a serious contributor, rather than a user who only wants to make a couple of edits to a single article.
