Template:NYCS

{{NYCS}} is a universal template intended to replace older NYCS templates such as {{NYCS time}}.
Parameters
All are optional.
- 1 (or first unnamed parameter)
- The page name without the
(New York City Subway ________)suffix. If|alt=is given, this isn't needed. The blank defaults to "service" unless|4=is given. - 2 (or second unnamed parameter)
- The link text, if left blank the value from
|1=will be used - 3 (or third unnamed parameter)
- If given will provide a link
{{{3}}}to be used in place of the {{NYCS time}}. - 4 (or fourth unnamed parameter)
- If given, would change the suffix of the link to "(New York City Subway <fourth parameter>)", to link to subway cars and other places as well
- alt
- If given, will provide an alternate value to link to, aside from
[first parameter] (New York City Subway service) - bold
- If given, will put boldface on the link text
- service
- If given, will append the text "train" or "service" after the service link.
