Usage
[edit]This template is used within other templates to return the adjective from a country name.
In cases where the country's adjective is not found, it may need to be added to Module:CountryAdjectiveDemonym/Adjectives. This will be very rare. Do not reuse a word that will clash with another country name in either direction; e.g. in that table "Great Britain" (which only occurs in categories pre-1801) is given the adjective "Great British", since "British" is required for "United Kingdom".
Or it may be that the category is using an incorrect country name, e.g. Burma rather than Myanmar. In that case, move the category instead.
Although a link to this page Template:GetAdjectiveFromCountryName#Country name appears in some template error messages, do also look at the documentation of the actual template that is on the category/other page where the error message appears.
Templates that use this one may put any errors arising into Category:Errors reported by other category header templates (1).
