Usage

{{subst:FLRCMessage|name of article|username|archive=# of times it has been nominated for FLRC}}
This template takes two parameters. The first is the name of the article that has been nominated. The second is optional and is the link to the nominator. If the second parameter is not given then the review page will default to "I". For example:
{{subst:FLRCMessage|List of presidents of the United States|archive=1}}gives- I have nominated List of presidents of the United States for featured list removal.
