This template may be used to generate abbreviated links to various Formula 2 seasons:
"[[Charles Leclerc]] won the {{F2|2017}} championship"→ "Charles Leclerc won the 2017 championship"
The template links to YYYY Formula 2 Championship for years after 2016, and to YYYY European Formula Two Championship for all other years.
