Template:Contents topic list/doc

{{Contents topic list}} formats a list for usage on subpages of Wikipedia:Contents/Lists and other list-styled subpages of Wikipedia:Contents.

Usage

This template takes one parameter, |1=, the list to format. This parameter should consisted on a multi-level standard MediaWiki list of *'s. All top-level items without an * are implicitly a part of a top-level list.

Sublists

List items followed by a deeper list item denote the start of a sublist. Sublists start on a new line unless {{Inline sublist}} is placed after the list item before the start of the sublist.
