Template:COMPS generates an external link to the Statute Compilations corpus, maintained by the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the US House of Representatives, of public laws that either do not appear in the US Code or have been classified to a title of the Code that has not been enacted into positive law. They are published in the COMPS collection of the govinfo service of the US Government Publishing Office.
