Usage

Always use the |caption= field, per WP:ACCESSIBLE. If the caption would duplicate a nearby section header, you can make it only used by screen-reader software via the {{Screen reader-only}} template.

Parameters

Parameter	Explanation
1	The table format. Values are in the range of 1–5.
sortable	If `\|sortable=yes`, then the table is made sortable; `\|sortable=no` disables it for format #5.
style	Further CSS styling for the table.
caption	Used as the table caption.

Note

Format 5 centers the value in the citation column (the last column), removing the need to add style="text-align:center;" to each cell.
