Provides a table to indicate the support for a set of given motions at the Arbitration Committee

Template parameters

support-to-oppose	support-to-oppose	Used to mark supports as opposes on a second choice motion due to a first choice motion for that vote passing. Indicate how many supports should be marked as an oppose for this to work correctly.	Unknown	optional
