Template:AHD-CC/doc

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This template provides attribution to the Australian Heritage Database for articles using CC-BY licensed content from that database.

Parameters

[edit]

It requires 4 mandatory parameters:

  • name: the name of the entry in the Australian Heritage Database
  • id: the database number of the entry in the Australian Heritage Database (used to construct the URL)
  • year: year of publication of the URL (normally the current year)
  • accessdate: the date the entry was retrieved (normally today's date)

and has 1 optional parameter:

  • fileno: the file number shown in the database entry

As it is not certain that the identifiers in this database (used in the construction of the URL) are stable and many of the names in this database are not unique, the fileno can be used in conjunction with the name to re-identify the entry if the identifiers in the database should change.

{{AHD-CC|name=The Grange, Wyoming|id=5045749|fileno=1/10/052/0024|year=2018|accessdate=7 September 2018}}
