The first Teddington Methodist Church was situated in Clarence Road. Built in 1859, it was later known as Craig Hall and has been redeveloped as housing.[3] A new building on the site was opened in 1879. It was demolished by a Second World War bomb in 1944 and rebuilt in 1952.[3]
↑The church was originally part of the Richmond Circuit, but in 1887 transferred to the new Hampton Court Circuit. This became known as the Teddington Circuit in 1892. "Teddington Methodist Circuit". London Metropolitan Archives. Retrieved 19 May 2014.
