@Licks-rocks: The work appeared in two forms: An 11-volume series titled Rock-Forming Minerals, the first volume of which was published in 1962; and a one-volume condensed version titled An Introduction to the Rock-Forming Minerals, first published in 1966. I linked to the latter, because the series doesn't have an article and the article for the one-volume work has info about the series, but the shorter title is the original.
