Fear of zoophilia

[edit]

I'm not sure about this, but it seems that certain activists on behalf of zoophilia have used the term zoophobia as an analoguous term for homophobia, meaning the fear of zoophiles in the same way that someone might be afraid of homosexuals. ADM (talk) 23:04, 22 August 2009 (UTC) Reply

Mammals

[edit]

I have just removed the unsourced text 'Zoophobia is almost never towards mammals, but instead towards non-mammal creatures.' This precedes a list which has cats, dogs, bats, horses etc. and some of the most well-documented literature is about phobia of mammals - e.g. Freud's 'Little Hans'. By all means put this back with a citation but it seems dubious, as it's immediately contradicted by the table. 2A02:8084:4F43:8E00:A0C6:8FA7:B3E4:34E3 (talk) 07:21, 5 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
