“Zettascale computers will be able to accurately forecast the global weather for the period of approximately 2 weeks.“ This is nonsens. It can only calculate more possibilities of how the wether eventually could develop. But the more paths you have and calculate, the more paths you get with the same probability. That is why Laplace's demon is simply just a human illusion, a model of the reality but that does not exist. This is not how the world works. See Wikipedia “Laplace's demon“ and “Three-body problem“.
