I'm not sure about whether this article should be deleted. If somebody knows something about the product (I've never seen one and don't live in England), they might be able to rewrite the article so that it sounds less like an advertisement, and/or put the information into the MasterCard article. I disagree - this is obviously an advertisement as it was linked from the Mastercard entry for no reason
