Moore was a member of the 49ers' active roster during week 17 of the 2016 season and as shown on his NFL.com bio here. Therefore, the 49ers should be shown in the infobox. According to his pro-football-reference bio, he was #96 with the 49ers and therefore that number should be shown in the infobox. As Moore has not been on an NFL roster (or any other professional league roster) for more than a year, the lead should be changed to "former" player instead of making it look like he still plays.
