Thanks for fixing the ref. Remember either all facts in the LEAD are either all cited directly inline in the LEAD or all cited in the main body that they summarize. One or the other.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 02:23, 10 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
Different JPMorgan.--Launchballer 02:07, 10 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
Thx for fixing the link.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 02:15, 10 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
I swapped out those sources a lot; the "trending" bit was in (archive.ph), which I've just readded. As I understand it, 'viral' and 'trending' are interchangeable.--Launchballer 03:17, 10 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
My understanding of viral is something that is getting a lot of views, while trending is something that is getting a lot of mentions, which are often highly correlated, but not always. For example, Sydney Sweeney is often a trending topic of late. Whereas her recent dress and her good jeans posts last year were likely viral.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 03:28, 11 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
I'll take your word for it. (Might have a go at bringing Sweeney to GA at some point, there's got to be thousands of VPH at WP:DYKSTATS in her.) ALT0a: ... that the Young MasterChef judge Poppy O'Toole once accidentally made an archaic term for a person's vulva trend online?--Launchballer 03:43, 11 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
ALT0b isn't quite accurate because quims are a subset of vulvas (humans aren't the only ones with them). ALT0c: ... that Young MasterChef judge Poppy O'Toole accidentally made an archaic term for a person's vulva trend online?--Launchballer 16:36, 11 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
Is there a link to show what you mean.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 18:18, 11 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
On second thought. I still think person is an extraneous word. Wiktionary makes no claim that quim is only a human term, which I think is your point. Thoughts? Debating on whether vulva should be linked.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 06:39, 12 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
Just googled, and there seems to be two results for ""poppy o'toole" "woman's genitals"" versus five for ""poppy o'toole" "female genitals"". Alright, ALT0b it is, though perhaps 'a' instead of 'the'. If I had my way, there would be a near-total ban on unbolded links because they distract from the articles we want readers to look at.--Launchballer 05:18, 13 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
